Pricing
Our hourly rates are based on the number of hours you reserve the party bus for.
In addition to the hourly rental rate, there is a travel fee based on the distance between your pickup and drop-off locations from our location. This fee covers the travel involved with getting the bus to and from your requested locations.
We will provide you a full quote which will include any applicable travel fees in addition to the hourly rate.
Food & Drinks
You are allowed to bring any food and drinks that you may like!
Decorations
We allow decorating the bus! However, we ask that decorating takes place during your scheduled rental time and not before your pickup time.
If you plan to decorate, please be sure to book the bus for enough time to allow for both decorating and your actual event. This ensures you have plenty of time without feeling rushed and keeps us on schedule for other bookings.
Personal Items
You are welcome to keep personal belongings on the bus throughout your rental time. This includes coolers, jackets, bags, and other personal items.
At the end of your booking, all personal belongings must be removed from the bus. Please be sure to check your seating area and the bus carefully before departing.
A $50 retrieval fee will apply to any items left behind after your booking.
BusTaMove is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or stolen personal belongings.
